We forecast inventory requirements for D2C, retail and marketplace channels to ensure optimal product availability. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, we will adjust inventory levels based on seasonal trends, promotional activities and new product launches.

We manage suppliers, production orders and freight to ensure an efficient and reliable flow of goods to your 3PL. From sourcing materials to overseeing shipments, we focus on managing the entire process to support smooth inventory management and fulfillment.

We will process eCommerce, marketplace and retailer orders. We manage communication with the 3PL to guarantee on-time shipments, ensure retail orders are processed through EDI systems and orders are shipped with marketplace-specific requirements.

We reduce supply chain costs by negotiating better rates with suppliers, lowering production expenses and streamlining distribution. This includes securing competitive pricing from current suppliers and onboarding new ones to enhance production efficiency. We also identify new freight partners to improve shipping, work with demand planning to find more cost-effective purchasing patterns and audit pack out and fulfillment costs.

Our quotes are determined by factors such as expected weekly hours, the complexity of your infrastructure, order volume, SKU count and warehouse locations. To help you plan and manage expenses, we offer a monthly rate, so there are no surprise costs.

We have a 90 day arrangement, giving you flexibility while allowing us to continuously earn your trust.

Nick will manage your account as the main point of contact, providing experienced leadership with a focus on supply chain management, planning and cost reductions. We will find ways to reduce costs where possible and may bring on support to handle data entry and order management. If specialized skills or extra assistance are needed, additional resources will be brought in.

We communicate through Slack for daily correspondence, we hold bi-weekly meetings to align on priorities, and we share a monthly recap.

Nick has had the opportunity to work with several prominent brands, including Dear Media's The Skinny Confidential and Woo More Play, where he helped improve their operational strategies. He played a key role in the launch of Lora DiCarlo, which achieved $7.5 million in its first year and helped rebuild the merchandising experience for Rebecca Zamolo. Since launching Titus CPG, Nick has been working with Yonder Foods and Behave on demand planning, system improvements and wholesale order management.
